The Rhine Cycle Route takes you along the River Rhine from the German border at Millingen to the North Sea at Hook of Holland. There is also an alternative version of the route that follows the River Waal.

From typical Dutch river landscapes with idyllic villages and historic fortified towns such as Dordrecht, to the bustling metropole of Rotterdam with its impressive harbour and modern architecture - the Rhine Cycle Route takes you on a journey through the delta of one of Europe's greatest rivers. Highlight is the popular tourist attraction of the windmills of Kinderdijk.

Nature lovers can enjoy the unique wildlife in National Park De Biesbosch, one of the last freshwater tidal areas in Europe, and nature reserves Millingenwaard and Blauwe Kamer.
